I'm Lauren, CPA & former corporate tax manager turned professional coach.
I know firsthand what it’s like to work under intense pressure. I understand the never-ending deadlines, the constant stream of tasks, and the relentless expectations from clients, coworkers, bosses, and—perhaps most critically—yourself. These thoughts and behaviors dominated my work life for nearly a decade.
Despite consistent promotions and recognition as a top performer, I silently struggled with perfectionism, high self-expectations, fear of failure, and chronic stress. On paper, I looked successful, but underneath, I was miserable and felt trapped by my job.
Everything changed when I stepped into a leadership role and pursued a leadership coaching certification. Coaching opened my eyes to the impact of my thoughts and behaviors, empowering me to make new choices and tackle my challenges head-on. As a result, I transformed not only my career but my entire life.
Inspired by my own transformation and my decade of corporate tax experience, I developed the Get Strong, Get Clear, Get Moving framework. This process is designed to help professionals like you transform your challenging work experiences, so you can stop suffering and start thriving in both your work and your life.
