I don’t sell coaching by the session. I offer a structured coaching engagement that includes:
One 90-minute goal-setting session:
To get clear on your goals and define what success looks like for each one. We’ll identify how you want things to be different and establish clear markers to track your progress.
One 90-minute strategy session:
To uncover the specific challenges, patterns, or dynamics that are getting in the way of your goals. This session sets the focus areas for our work together.
Six 60-minute coaching sessions:
These sessions are where we do the core work—developing new strategies, practicing different approaches, and applying insights to real situations in your day-to-day work.
One 90-minute final debrief session:
To reflect on the progress you’ve made, capture key lessons learned, and create a plan to ensure the changes you’ve made continue long after the coaching engagement ends.
